I just found my camera last night. I wanted to blog about the ladies retreat, but not until I got this picture to go with it otherwise, I'd never get a picture of Baby in her swimsuit on the blog. Now it seems like it was SO long ago, it's hardly worth it. However, we had a great time. I was up late both nights and so was Baby (not as late as me though). I still haven't caught up on my sleep either. Saturday night we went swimming, Baby was definately ready. All I had to do was put her suit on and she was swimming already. Isn't she adorable?



But the best part of the ladies retreat for me this year was the speaker. It was as if she was talking to me (I heard other ladies say the same thing). Anyways, most of you know that the picture I had for my life is no longer a reality - my marriage has fallen apart. For one session, what she emphasised to us is how our picture isn't near as wonderful as God's is. He knows what's best for us and if we trust Him, our picture will turn out even better than we can imagine. It's true what the Bible says "All things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28
That has become my life verse. I have seen things I never thought could, turn out for good. I've even seen great things happen in my life due to my present circumstances, and "We've Only Just Begun". (That was one of the songs from my wedding). There are so many things God has in store for us. Let's keep thanking Him at all times.
