It was a nice weekend. My good friend, giggles, and her daughter, KD, came to visit us. They just recently moved back to the state from the west coast. We had a really nice time. Here is a picture of our kids after we went to church together. I should have gotten a picture of the two of us too. Speaking of church, as happens often, the sermon hit on what Giggles and I had been discussing over the weekend. So often, we focus on what people think about us, when we should be focused on what God thinks. How many times do we do things to make other people happy? I know I do this an over abundance of times. How people respond to what we do should not be why we do what we do. (Does that make sense?)
"The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe." Proverbs 29:25
